the range of Ø 20 - Ø 200 mm and with lengths of 300 - 500 - 1000 mm.

Usage of "POLYAY" round stiscks are preferred on
floating, forming and pushing processes.
High quality surfaces can be obtained establishing
uniform longitudinal forces in floating process by
using key-designed elastomer blocks together with
counter pressure punch. |

For example, it is hard to bend the parts with U-base
radius. Since this kind of parts exhibit too much backward
spring motion it is necessary to use "POLYAY" round sticks
of special design and hardness in order to get better
results. |
